　　生态环境保护工作存在的问题

　　1、新疆生态环境质量不高，生态系统脆弱，系统抗逆性较差，抵御生态环境灾害的能力十分低下，主要表现在：

　　新疆绿洲面积不断拓展的同时，沙漠化面积仍以每年

　　168.8

　　平方公里的但局部地区植被仍在减少，速度扩展，绿洲内耕地次生盐渍化面积以每年

　　万公顷的速度增加。

　　沙尘暴等自然灾害频发使绿洲内大气降尘居高不下，灾害性天气对绿洲的侵蚀和由此造成的经济损失严重。1997

　　为增强院英语学习氛围，提高同学们英语学习兴趣，也为给广大同学提供一个展示才华、展现自我的平台，拟于明年三月份举办职医第四届英语演讲比赛。

　　活动时间：XX年3月份

　　活动地点：j3-101

　　比赛方式：初赛、复赛、决赛

　　承办单位：english show

　　参加对象：河南卫生职工学院全院学生

　　具体流程：

　　一、赛前准备

　　1、准备策划，向团委申办活动。

　　2、向多媒体管理中心申请教室。

　　3、张贴宣传海报或组织各班学习委员对赛事做好前期宣传。

　　4、邀请院学生处、院团委老师作为嘉宾（或评委）。

　　5、邀请英语教研室老师做评委。

　　6、采集参赛选手信息并制作ppt课件。

　　二、比赛环节

　　1、初赛

　　比赛时间：3月1、2日

　　比赛地点：j3-101

　　比赛评委：english show 10级负责人、院学生会社团部代表、院学生会学习部代表、院各社团社长代表

　　比赛规则：采用取平均分法从所有参赛选手中选取25人进入复赛

　　2、            复赛

　　比赛时间：3月8日

　　比赛地点：j3-101

　　比赛评委：e

　　(2)原文时态用错了。

　　(3)concept是可数名词。make后的宾语补语如果是不定式的话，要省略to。另外，一般不用被动不定式，而只用过去分词。deeply也有中国式英语之嫌。

　　(4)help sb. (to)do，不用 doing。
