　　1、准备讲稿

　　当我们拿着稿件确定内容没有问题，就要开始背诵。最开始的背诵只要求熟练，熟练到脑袋不用思考稿件的内容就可以直接从嘴里说出来，根据我的经验，本人背1200字的稿件在2天内。背熟以后，就用到了镜子。

　　3、对着镜子练习

　　对着镜子，我们练习的主要是你的表情与动作。表情越生动，越自然越好。动作的适度和与稿件的匹配度很重要，但记住一定要和你自己的身体相协调，也要与稿件要表达的精神相融合，比如红色稿件会用到立拳等规定性的动作比较适宜。这一步骤做好，那这篇稿件就真正变成了一篇演讲稿。做到演与讲相结合才是最成功的。
