中学英语演讲比赛策划书

　　一、 活动目的：

　　随着新课改的推进，如何使青少年大胆自信地开口说英语,是英语教学工作者不可推卸的责任。英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在国际交流中起着至关重要的作用。所以，英语口语和演说已成为衡量综合型人才的一项重要标准。为了创造浓厚的校园文化氛围，掀起学英语、说英语的热潮，塑造中南大学附属实验中学的崭新形象，特举办本次英语演讲比赛。

　　二、 可行性分析

　　1.学校角度 

　　（1）给同学们提供一次展示自我的平台，给同学们创造了一次互相交流的机会，帮助同学们提高自身的英语口语水平及在公众场合下的英语演说能力。

　　（2）丰富了学校开展的校园文化艺术节活动，锻炼了学生干部的能力，帮助学生会更好更快的成长。 

　　（3）通过该活动来展示本阶段的英语教学水平及成果。

　　（4）通过这次活动来积累宝贵的经验，便于今后教学和活动的开展。 

　　2.选手角度 

　　（1）有一次展示自己英语口语水平的机会，有一次与他人交流英语学习心得的机会，有一次找到志同道合的伙伴的机会，有一次为英语而疯狂的机会。 

　　（2）锻炼自己的心理素质和口语表达能力，提高团队合作精神。

　　3.观

　　为增强院英语学习氛围，提高同学们英语学习兴趣，也为给广大同学提供一个展示才华、展现自我的平台，拟于明年三月份举办职医第四届英语演讲比赛。

　　活动时间：XX年3月份

　　活动地点：j3-101

　　比赛方式：初赛、复赛、决赛

　　承办单位：english show

　　参加对象：河南卫生职工学院全院学生

　　具体流程：

　　一、赛前准备

　　1、准备策划，向团委申办活动。

　　2、向多媒体管理中心申请教室。

　　3、张贴宣传海报或组织各班学习委员对赛事做好前期宣传。

　　4、邀请院学生处、院团委老师作为嘉宾（或评委）。

　　5、邀请英语教研室老师做评委。

　　6、采集参赛选手信息并制作ppt课件。

　　二、比赛环节

　　1、初赛

　　比赛时间：3月1、2日

　　比赛地点：j3-101

　　比赛评委：english show 10级负责人、院学生会社团部代表、院学生会学习部代表、院各社团社长代表

　　比赛规则：采用取平均分法从所有参赛选手中选取25人进入复赛

　　2、            复赛

　　比赛时间：3月8日

　　比赛地点：j3-101

　　比赛评委：e

　　(4)help sb. (to)do，不用 doing。
