　　“尽职干活，本份做事”是毛伟祖同志一贯恪守的工作准则。六十年代初从南京机械学校毕业后，曾为支援国家三线建设去过大西北，在四川东方汽轮机厂做过工人，担任过技术科长、修理公司经理。93年调回无锡安装公司工作后，便始终在工地一线负责现场施工。十多年来，事事坚持以身作则，处处想用户所想，急用户所急。
